Iyengar Yoga

Suitable for all levels but those new to yoga should start with Vinyasa Level 1. As you mindfully integrate movement and breath, this Vinyasa class is aimed at the seasoned beginner who has Level 1 experience and intermediate practitioners who are ready to expand their yoga practice. These classes begin to encourage practitioners to explore getting upside-down and may incorporate some arm balances and deeper backbends.

Vinyasa All Levels

Yoga Pose

Good choice for beginners. Level 1 is a slower-paced flow class geared towards those new to yoga or preferring a slightly gentler class. Time is spent breaking down sun salutations and other poses fundamental to a Vinyasa practice. Props and modifications offered for proper alignment and ease in the postures. Temperature ranges from80-85 degrees.

Warm Flow Level 1

Suitable for all levels but those new to yoga should start with Vinyasa Level 1. This 60-minute class is a strong, fast-paced class designed to build heat and strength. This practice is a total body workout that creates longer, leaner muscles and a body with more mobility to improve circulation.

Power Flow

This is an energizing class that will engage your mind, body, and spirit! Upbeat music will accompany this powerful 60 minute flow that will include strength building, core awareness, hip openers, and arm balancing, with the possibility of an inversion mixed in! Free your body as well as your mind in this dynamic class!

Power Hour

This is an energizing class that will engage your mind, body, and spirit! The class will be heated to between8085 degrees to allow a deep opening of the body as well as a cleansing sweat! Upbeat music will accompany this powerful 60 minute flow that will include strength building, core awareness, hip openers, and arm balancing, with the possibility of an inversion mixed in! Free your body as well as your mind in this dynamic class!

Suitable for all levels. Hatha is a potent alignment-oriented practice that emphasizes the forms and actions within yoga postures. Traditional asanas are held in accurate alignment. Emphasis is placed on core strength, flexibility and balance as well as concentration and breath control. This class is based on physical postures (asanas), deep breathing, mindfulness and listening to the body.

Suitable for all levels. Our bodies have an innate ability to relax given the right circumstances. Restorative yoga uses a series of easy, supported poses held for a long time under the right conditions (including the use of many props) to tip the balance from “fight or flight” mode into maximum relaxation. Yogis developed these poses over many years, but science tells us that, under the conditions set in restorative yoga, immediate effects on heart rate, blood pressure and brain activity are possible. Emphasis on complete muscular relaxation and comfort are emphasized to achieve a quiet state of mind and body.

This class is intended for the yogi who likes it hot and enjoys a rigorous and challenging yoga practice. Modifications will be offered making it a class that any level (beginner to advanced) can practice. The room is heated between 90-95 degrees, making it easier and safer to go deeper into the poses while sweating toxins out of the body. You will be glistening and glowing when you leave the studio!

The beginner class introduces the fundamental principles of alignment and breath work in a flow of postures linked together by the breath. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety, and stability within each pose. Gradually these poses will be linked together into a gentle flowing sequence

All Levels Mat Class is a movement re-education program designed to work every muscle in the body in an efficient, focused manner. The exercises are designed to align, lengthen, and strengthen the body in a unique way. Most movements are non-impact and non-weight bearing
